Our acquisition service consists of two stages:

The Search stage identifies all available accommodation within a specified search area and specified size range. The brief can be tailored to meet your specific requirement as to style/specification of space, rental/price budget and other factors. The Search stage provides you with a Report listing all available properties meeting the specified criteria, with full costing information.

The Search stage is followed by the Acquisition stage, where we will assist you in the selection of properties to view, leading to the assembly of a short-list of preferred options. We then look after negotiations on your behalf, using our expert market knowledge to secure your preferred accommodation on the most favourable market terms. Once terms are agreed we then help monitor the legal conveyancing process through to completion.
