Over many years we have built strong relationships with tried, tested and trusted contractors, who can be called upon quickly to deal with any repairs. In relation to this we have a dedicated ‘out of hours repairs hotline’ to enable an efficient service to be provided, in the event of any issues arising at properties that we manage, 24 hours a day.
The contractors are accredited to and comply with a robust Health & Safety vetting procedure, and as standard they are asked to provide task-specific risk assessments and method statements, in relation to all applicable hazardous maintenance and repair tasks.
Our Facilities Management Team are also trained to ensure maintenance responsibilities between Landlord and Tenants are properly discharged. This team also deals with the routine testing of all types of key equipment found within properties, ensuring compliance with legislation and that best practice is delivered.
Our Building Consultancy Team can also advise on preventative maintenance programs and coordinate refurbishment works.
