Roger Hannah was instructed by the owners of the estate to prepare a 5-year planned preventative maintenance programme for the estate.
Upon completion of the scheme, Roger and Hannah were instructed to organise maintenance work, including external decoration and general repairs.
This involved:-
- Preparation of a schedule of works and tender documentation.
- Contractor selection.
- Contract Administration.
- Monitoring of the works.
