Roger Hannah & Co was appointed by Plasman Laminates Limited to act on their behalf and to defend a Terminal Dilapidations Claim.
The Tenants repairing covenant was limited to no better than that at Lease Commencement as evidenced by a schedule of condition which was engrossed in the Lease. The landlord’s original claim amounted to almost £48,000.00 and Roger Hannah & Co successfully negotiated a settlement of just over £7,000.00.
