Roger Hannah & Company Limited were appointed on behalf of the owners of Rainford Industrial Estate to obtain planning consent for a new build self-contained industrial unit on part of the existing site.
The role involved:-
- Preparation of feasibility study and initial outline design.
- Pre-planning consultation with the Local Authority.
- Preparation and submission of planning application including preparation of supporting documentation, including drawings, and design and access statement.
