Roger Hannah & Company Limited are Managing Agents of the above property which comprises a series of ground floor retail units with first floor flats over.

 

  • The external fabric and communal areas were generally in a dated order and decorative condition.
  • The first floor flats were all vacant and generally in disrepair and in dated/ dilapidated condition.

Roger Hannah & Co’s building consultancy department were appointed to oversee and coordinate refurbishment works which included repairs and decoration to the external fabric and communal areas, and repairs and decoration to the residential accommodation. 

The role included:

  • Preparation of a schedule of works and tender documentation.
  • Contractor selection.
  • Contract Administration.
  • CDM Co-ordinator.
