Roger Hannah were appointed on behalf of the owner of the above property to convert an existing self-contained flat into two separate self-contained flats.
Our role as a lead consultant included:
- Preparation of a feasibility study and an initial outline design.
- Preparation and submission of the building regulations application, including associated drawings and specifications.
- Contractor selection.
- Contract administration.
- CDM coordinator.
- Monitoring of the works.
