Roger Hannah recently completed their fifth set of negotiations against HS2 Limited within the village of Water Orton.
Instructed by a number of residents on Attleboro Lane which is situated on the south western fringe of the village, the firm, working in conjunction with solicitors, served Blight Notices under HS2 Limited’s Express Purchase Scheme.
Following acceptance of these, Roger Hannah entered into negotiations with HS2 Limited’s agents and over the last eighteen months has successfully concluded negotiations on behalf of the residents. These negotiations have not only centred around the Market Value of each property but also agreeing the appropriate level of Disturbance Compensation which for one resident included the relocation of a fish pond and approximately £10,000 worth of koi carp.
