Eric Moore Medical Centre, Warrington

Following our involvement in the construction of a new build medical centre in Leigh, Roger Hannah & Co have been appointed to act as joint CDM Co-ordinators and Employer’s Agent for the design and build of a new build medical centre in Warrington.

Works began in early October and are scheduled to be completed in June 2014.

Our involvement

Advising the client of their obligations under the CDM Regulations, preparation of a pre-construction health and safety file and performance of the CDM co-ordinator’s role through to completion.

• Attending pre-commencement meetings and advising the client.
• Compilation of the building contract and employer’s requirements document.
• Attending regular site progress meetings and administrating the terms of the contract through to completion.
