Case Study: Manchester Crematorium PPM
Client Type: Property Owner / Investor
Location: Manchester
Sector: Commercial
Project: Roger Hannah’s Building Consultancy team compiled a 5-year Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) plan for Manchester Crematorium, including the original Grade II listed Chapel (constructed in 1892), crematorium and associated memorial buildings.
Approach: The team conducted a thorough assessment of the entire site, considering the historical significance of the buildings and the need for future maintenance works to produce a comprehensive report; and enable the client to plan for future maintenance works and expenditure over the next 5 years.
Outcome: The report will assist the client in working towards gaining Green Flag Award status, ensuring the site is well-maintained and meets high environmental standards.
