Roger Hannah & Co were appointed to defend a possible Terminal Dilapidations claim against and on behalf of our clients.

Our Involvement 

Upon receipt of the Client’s instructions and following review of the relevant documentation, Roger Hannah & Co:

• Provided detailed responses to the each of the alleged dilapidations on an item by item basis.
• Entered into pro-active negotiations with opposite sides Surveyors/Agents.
• Successfully managed to negotiate and agree a mutually agreeable settlement providing a saving of over 65% from the original claim submitted.
