SG2 Houldsworth Mill, Reddish, Stockport

Roger Hannah and Co were appointed  jointly on behalf of the Owners and the Church to oversee the design and fit out of a purpose built conversion, as part of a proposed letting, and within the Grade II* Listed Building.

Our Involvement Included:

Formalising and agreeing the final design.

Preparing and submitting the necessary Statutory Applications, (Planning, Listed Building and Building Regulations Consent), and obtaining all approvals.

Contract Administration of the works through to completion.

Dealing with Cost Management throughout the project. 

Acting as the Client Advisor in respect of CDM Regulations.
