Bracken House Properties LLP appointed Roger Hannah & Co to act as Employers Agent, CDM Co-ordinator and Contract Administrator in connection with the multi-million refurbishment and extension of their flagship office building Lakeside House in Cheadle.
Advising throughout the project Roger Hannah & Co advised on the appointment of the design team, and provided pre-construction procurement strategy advice, and prepared the pre-construction phase health and safety plan. Throughout the construction phase Roger Hannah & Co administered the building contract and monitored the work in progress and advised on construction health and safety.

"We were appointed by Roger Hannah & Co. who were acting as Employers Agent to form part of multi-million refurbishment of an existing commercial office building in Cheadle. The main project works consisted of the construction of a new two storey steel framed entrance lobby to the existing front elevation with associated external works/drainage design including a new boulevard area and an internal courtyard structure.
Roger Hannah’s approach was refreshing and effective in ensuring communication between all members of the design team continued to thrive from inception to completion.
