Under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, Adjoining Owners have the right to appoint a surveyor to act on their behalf. Our surveyors have a depth of knowledge to protect your interests. As an Adjoining Owners surveyor we can:
- Review Party Wall notices and check their validity.
- Assess any potential impact of the proposed works.
- Agree a Schedule of Condition, to record the current condition of the property.
- Agree and execute a Party Wall Award to protect your rights under the Act.
- Agree a supplementary Award, in the event of a dispute or damage being caused.
