Whether you are looking for an investment or to occupy on a freehold or leasehold basis, understanding the condition of a property is crucial to providing reassurance and mitigating any financial risk or legal obligations further down the line.

Commercial building surveys differ from residential surveys.  A survey typically includes information on construction materials, structure, surrounding land / other physical features and any legal or Health & Safety concerns.  They will also undertake technical analysis, identifying defects and potential repairs which may also involve an estimate to bring defects into repair.  Whether for individuals or portfolio instructions, our Surveyors work closely with our clients, to provide a wide range of building surveys tailored to their needs with nationwide capability.

  • A property’s current condition.
  • Any immediate concerns.
  • Any recommendations for further investigations
  • Budget costings for any restoration works to help you identify any works needed to bring a property up to current standards and a good state of repair so capable of beneficial use / occupation and to budget for the works required.
