Contract Administration & Monitoring the works, including regular site inspections , consultation with the contractor and consultants to monitor construction standards and performance.
Valuation & Certification of interim payments based on progress.
Preparing client progress reports.
Managing any variations to the contract / works.
Sign off of the works and final inspection following expiry of rectification period.
