Our chartered surveyors will take overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control and closure of the project from inception through to completion.

 

 

 

 

Our role is to be a single point of contact, taking the burden off our clients.  Subject to projects' requirements, key services can include:

  • Liaison with all stakeholders to understand their project aims and client’s brief.

  • Assessment of the project’s feasibility.

  • Advising on and co-ordinating the appointment of the design team and other consultants.

  • Design Development, in conjunction with stakeholders and the design team.

  • Risk management.

  • Advising on and obtaining statutory consents.

  • Programme management and monitoring.

  • Advising on procurement strategies.

  • Preparation of tender documentation.

  • Management of tender process.

  • Analysis of tender returns.

  • Contract Administration & Monitoring the works, including regular site inspections , consultation with the contractor and consultants to monitor construction standards and performance.

  • Valuation & Certification of interim payments based on progress.

  • Preparing client progress reports.

  • Managing any variations to the contract / works.

  • Sign off of the works and final inspection following expiry of rectification period.
