Roger Hannah, one of the largest independent Chartered Surveying firms in the North West and based in the heart of Manchester City Centre, has announced the promotion of Stephen Lashmar to Director to mark his contribution to the business.
Stephen joined the Company in 2014 and will be a Director within the Company’s specialist Compulsory Purchase Department (CPO). The CPO team has seen continued growth in the number of instructions and has now evolved into one of the largest regional CPO teams in the country. He advises on a range of local, regional, and national private sector clients as well as a number of public sector clients and is involved in a variety of regeneration and infrastructure projects, including High Speed 2 of which he and his team are a leading voice, not just across the North West but the UK.
Commenting upon the promotion, Simon Cook, Director, said, “Stephen’s promotion is very well deserved.
