Roger Hannah & Co were appointed to carry out an initial defects survey on a 19th Century café bar building located within the Northern Quarter district of Manchester City Centre.
Our Involvement
Roger Hannah & Co prepared an Initial Defects Report that provided the client with strategic advice and recommendations regarding remedial works that were required to the building.
Following on from the initial defects survey, Roger Hannah & Co were then appointed by the client to prepare a schedule of works and to tender, oversee and administer the contract through to completion of the works.
The works involved external repair and decoration works. The external repairs were completed in time ahead of their 25th Anniversary Celebrations and rejuvenated the historic building back to its former glory.
