Our dedicated Property Management Accounts team have over 40 years experience in processing financial transactions, client reporting and the RICS service charge process, across a wide variety of clients and buildings. We utilise industry leading software TRAMPS, maintained by Trace Solutions, as our Property Management Database.
We have a cloud based software for clients to access their tenancy information in real time and are a Member of RICS Client Monies Protection Scheme which includes the three-way bank reconciliation, control of client monies and the segregation of duties across property management through roles and responsibilities and also approval limits.
