Roger Hannah is pleased to announce that Mike King has joined the business from Avison Young. Mike was a senior director at Avison Young and previously held senior roles at both Cushman Wakefield and Dunlop Heywood.
Mike has career-long experience in valuation in the North West and is particularly knowledgeable in expert witness matters, including preparing and presenting valuation evidence to the UK courts. Mike is also a specialist in compulsory purchase and compensation and is an accredited mediator/evaluative mediator. It is envisaged that he will undertake expert witnessing and compulsory purchase instructions at Roger Hannah.
