Following on from our track record of successfully delivering professional services for similar new build medical centres, Roger Hannah & Co has been appointed to act as an Employers Agent and CDM Adviser for a Design and Build Medical Centre in Huddersfield.
Our involvement
Acting as the Client Adviser under the CDM Regulations and providing the necessary support to the client and project team.
Attending pre-commencement meetings and advising the Client, including value engineering advice and input, compilation of the JCT Building Contract and preparation of the Employer’s Requirements documentation.
As part of our involvement we were asked to work within an existing Project Team put in place specifically for the scheme and in doing so we were able to tailor our services specifically to suit the Client’s needs.
