Roger Hannah & Co were appointed to provide advice in relation to the extension and comprehensive refurbishment of Chatham Street Spiritualist Union Church. Our brief included the preparation of design, specification and tender documentation.
The client’s required an extension to the rear of the property, works to improve access into the building in accordance with DDA and repairs to the existing fabric of the building. We were also instructed to submit a change of use planning application for the 1st floor of the property to change it from offices to residential accommodation.
At the same time, the role included contract administration and CDM duties.
Contract value approximately £90,000.
