Dilapidation Assessments – Property portfolio
Roger Hannah & Co has been appointed on behalf of a leading firm of Solicitors to provide Dilapidation Assessments and strategic advice on their property portfolio.
Our Involvement involves reviewing relevant documentation, inspecting and preparing Dilapidation Assessments on the property portfolio, advising on any potential dilapidation liabilities and providing strategic advice as part of our Client’s on-going and long term Business Plan.
Acting at short notice, Roger Hannah & Co provided prompt initial advice to enable the Client to vacate at the earliest break date. Average savings made in excess of 60% of the original claim amounts.
Additional services have been provided acting as Contract Administrator in undertaking the works required to achieve the break dates, where a cash settlement was not economically viable.
