John Hussey has been appointed as Associate Director for Property Management at Roger Hannah. This Department, originally formed in 1979, has continued to grow year on year, is now responsible for more than 1000 tenants collecting more than £16 million in income, and prides itself on being the largest independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Managers in the North West.

John has over 10 years’ experience in Commercial Property Management. Working for Savills, Cushman & Wakefield and MAPP during this time, he has managed key assets for clients such as The Crown Estate, Aviva Investors, Tesco Pension Investors, AEW, Henderson and Boots, amongst many others.
He has experience managing all asset types, from multi-let offices to industrial estates, City Centre retail, out-of-town retail, mixed-use developments, and business parks.
