With 3 new recruits who each specialise in their individual fields, Roger Hannah & Co. has effectively added a specialist resource to the Landlord & Tenant, Building Surveying, and Facilities Management departments.
Roger Hannah & Co. is pleased to announce that it has recruited Demetri Papaioannou as a graduate surveyor into the landlord, tenant, and rating departments.
Having graduated from Liverpool University with a First Class Honours degree, Demetri has spent some time working in Malaysia for a large multi-national development company before moving to London and then Manchester. His experience includes working as both a rating and landlord & tenant surveyor, specialising in rating appeals, rent reviews, and lease renewal work.
Donna Reddin joins the Facilities Management department, having returned from Australia to work for Laing O’Rourke and Thesis.
She brings with her a wealth of experience having worked from the ground upwards, and we feel her ability to organise, drive processes, and get things done will be a great asset to this role. In addition, Donna brings with her added construction knowledge and is working towards a Construction Management BSc degree course, which we are sure will greatly assist when dealing with our larger projects.
We are also delighted to welcome Stephen Capstick into the building surveying department, and with his experience, he will help bolster the team offering at Roger Hannah & Co.
Stephen brings with him a broad range of skills he has gained both in the UK and Australia. He has already shown his appetite for high-quality delivery and hard work in the early instructions he has undertaken with us. We look forward to seeing Stephen develop even further and to assisting the Head of Department to bring through the next generation of building surveyors into the profession.
