It may be a case where, as an occupier, your continued occupation of your commercial premises is no longer viable. If this is the case then our team can act on your behalf in negotiating a settlement with the landlord to potentially surrender your commercial lease and thereby providing you with an exit strategy to end the commercial lease early.

If you are a Landlord and your Tenant’s continued occupation is no longer viable, our team can assist you in negotiating a settlement with your tenant.

  • In either case, an assessment of dilapidations liability under the Lease will normally be required which can be undertaken by a member of our Building & Project Consultancy department.
