We provide RICS ‘Red Book’ valuations for contractual price negotiations relating to an assessment of Market Value, in respect of Option Agreements, Overage Agreements and other contractual arrangements whereby a payment may need to be agreed.

This is typically in relation to the service of a Price Notice, Valuation Notice or similar within an Option Agreement following the granting of a planning consent or other trigger event. We can provide the expert valuation advice to inform the assessment of Market Value that often underpins any payment made to a landowner as part of such contractual arrangements. We have a team of specialist RICS Registered Valuers and leverage off our land agency market experience to ensure we provide specialist and tailored valuation advice.
