Chartered surveyors Roger Hannah & Co. have expanded their valuation and compulsory purchase teams with the recruitment of Paul Lowe and Irfan Arif.
Paul joins Fisher Wrathall Chartered Surveyors, where he was Head of Agency in their Lancaster Office and specialised in providing valuation advice on both residential and commercial property.
Irfan joins from Burnley Borough Council’s Property Services Department, where he was involved in providing strategic valuations and also advised in respect of compulsory purchase orders.
