Managing Director since 2011, Simon Cook has overall responsibility for the direction and delivery of the firm’s strategy and vision.
Simon’s early career was in a local authority environment before joining Roger Hannah and leading a management buyout in 2011.
He is responsible for overall business objectives, operations, strategy and financials. He has led the business through a period of transformational change from a local practice to the largest independent surveying business in the North West with a reach across the United Kingdom.
Simon is a development and compulsory purchase specialist advising a miscellaneous range of clients on complicated development sites and compensation claims across the United Kingdom.

In his spare time Simon is a sports fan. After retiring from the cricket field, he has taken up golf and running. He enjoys reading and current affairs, and is also actively involved in his local church.
