1) Current Property Audit
We will audit your current property portfolio to determine your acquisition requirements, such as property location and budget.

2) Property Search
Using our local and national property market insights, we will identify acquisition opportunities that align with your requirements. We also have access to off-market properties that aren’t publicly advertised.

3) Select Property
We will help you to select your preferred properties – including setting backup choices in case of failed negotiations – and ensure that everything is in place for a smooth transaction.

4) Exchange of Contracts
We manage regular dialogue with solicitors to ensure successful exchange and completion within pre-agreed time frames.
5) Planning Permission
If planning permission is required for your commercial property, we will manage everything that is needed to secure approval.

6) Building and Services Survey
We carry out detailed building surveys to assess the current condition of the commercial property, and resolve any issues accordingly.

7) Completion of Contract/Fit-Out and Occupation

8) Rating
We will evaluate the business rates of the property and negotiate a reduction in rating liability if necessary.
