Acting on behalf of Trafford Housing Trust, Roger Hannah Chartered Surveyors have sold Maple Court, Cross Street in Sale, South Manchester, in an off-market transaction to a private investor.
The property is a prominent retail-led investment underpinned by a long-term lease to Co-op and Vetcare Limited and one vacant unit. The property also included the ground rents for 34 residential apartments, generating an income of £95,540 per annum with an estimated rental income of approximately £135,000 when fully let.
