Roger Hannah has acquired Grasscroft Development Solutions, the viability consultancy arm of Grasscroft Properties, in a move that establishes Roger Hannah as one of the largest development advisory teams in Manchester.
Mike Coulter founded Grasscroft Development Solutions in 2003, and it has since grown to be the largest viability consulting firm in the North West. The business advises a large variety of clients, including Countryside Properties Plc, Bellway Homes, Redrow Homes Ltd, Barratt David Wilson and Persimmon Homes.
Mike Coulter, with over 20 years of experience in the development industry, will remain at Roger Hannah in a consulting capacity for the foreseeable future to oversee the merger and develop the combined business.
The acquisition comes shortly after the appointment of Laura Mackay, formerly of Savills, as a Director and Head of Development Consultancy. Laura will be working alongside Mike to lead on the viability side of the Development team, in addition to other development consultancy services.
The wider Development team at Roger Hannah, headed up by Tom Shepherd, has grown substantially over recent years and also provides transactional services, strategic consultancy and Compulsory Purchase advice.
