The Property Management Department at Roger Hannah & Co have been successful in agreeing management contracts with many new Clients throughout 2015.
We have successfully ‘taken on’ the management of additional properties from some of our existing clients, where we have achieved mutual confidence by comprehensively advising on their original instructions. This action, coupled with instructions from new Clients, has seen an increased Annual Rent Roll in our managed portfolio of £500k this year.
The new instructions of 2015 are managed under a wide spectrum of property types, including Industrial, Warehouse, Retail and office. We have also achieved some Landmark Property instructions in Manchester City Centre and we look to establish Roger Hannah & Co as an effective Property management Agent in this competitive sector
