Roger Hannah & Co. has expanded its compulsory purchase team by appointing Jordan Gold as a graduate surveyor.
Gold joins David Samuel Properties, where he established a firm grounding in commercial property and client care.
Gold will be working alongside Simon Cook, Stephen Lashmar, and Angela Juszczyk in the firm’s compulsory purchase team. The specialist team acts nationwide, advising both claimants affected by CPO’s and scheme promoters. With HS2 gathering momentum and an influx of instructions, Jordan will support the team that acts exclusively for property owners affected.
Simon Cook, director and head of office, said:
“Jordan joins us at an incredibly exciting time for our department. There are a number of high-profile schemes in which we are currently involved, including Crossrail, the A565 Highway Improvement Scheme in Liverpool, and the Brent Cross redevelopment in North West London. Jordan will be involved in all aspects of compulsory purchase work, and we look forward to supporting him through the APC process to professional qualification.”.
