Following the release of ‘The Property Week Agents Survey 2017,’ they are also acclaimed as having the highest growing practice in the North West for 2016–2017!
The business grew its turnover by almost 31% over the past 12 months, ranking in 2nd place behind CBRE but ahead of JLL and Savills. During the past 12 months, turnover for Roger Hannah & Co grew from £2.4 million to £3.1 million, ranking the business as the 32nd largest practice in the UK (up from 40th in 2016).
Property Week’s statistics showed the top 5 practices by increase in turnover as being:
1st. CBRE: 41.1%
2nd. Roger Hannah & Co, 30.9%
3rd. Matthews & Goodman: 29.5%
4th. JLL: 28.1%
5th. M J Mapp Ltd, 22.9%
