Acting for retained clients R. H. Claydon Limited and Roger Hannah & Co., we have identified and negotiated the acquisition of warehouse premises at Epsom Avenue, Handforth. The warehouse premises of 35,744 sq ft have been acquired at a purchase price of £1,440,000.
R. H. Claydon Limited is one of the premier tyre distributors in the UK, specialising in tyres for agricultural and construction use. The Suffolk-based company previously had warehouse premises in Heaton Moor, Stockport, prior to the redevelopment of their land for residential development. Roger Hannah & Co represented their interests both in the sale of their Heaton Moor land for residential redevelopment and the acquisition of the Epsom Avenue warehouse.
