Acting on behalf of a Private Property Investment Company and owners of a number of trade counter and roadside investments, the Lease Advisory Department at Roger Hannah & Co has successfully completed negotiations for rent review purposes on two investment properties in the North West.
We have successfully negotiated a rent review on a 3,500 sq ft trade counter unit located in Macclesfield which has seen an increase in rent on review from £27,200 pa to £31,750 pa which represents an increase in excess of 16%.
Additionally rent was agreed on a 6,000 sq ft roadside tyre an exhaust centre in Manchester resulting in an increase at review in excess of 10.5%.
Both deals see a significant increase in rent, well above client expectations. The market for similar roadside and trade counter units has been particularly buoyant recently and moving forward, we believe that the trend towards growth will continue.
