DBN Audile, the event lighting, sound, and rigging experts, have expanded to a larger facility in the North West’s prime industrial location, Trafford Park. The company has taken a new 10-year lease at the Redwing Centre, a quality 35,000-square-foot warehouse facility from Harbert European Real Estate.
Julien Kenny-Levick of Roger Hannah, who advised DBN Audile, commented:
“Identifying this facility for our client was not an easy task, as the supply of quality units such as this is severely limited in prime locations.
We have seen speculative development in the large (100,000 sq. ft. plus) building size range, but in the 30,000–50,000 sq. ft., there is a scarcity of supply, which developers must address to allow businesses such as this to expand and grow.”
JLL, who represented the landlord, commented:
“Landlord’s with good quality schemes in strong locations are able to capitalise on the limited supply, and agreeing a deal with DBN Audile at Redwing has been the largest letting in the landlord’s Trafford Park portfolio within 2018.”
