The property management team has recently launched Mojo for Clients, which is a portal they have developed alongside our accounting software company.
This is a secure system that allows clients and their approved advisors to have direct, real-time access to the data we hold and manage in order to obtain up-to-date core information and track performance across their portfolios.
The package is web-based, so there is no software download required, and it can be accessed remotely, allowing clients to keep abreast of matters such as event diaries, charge-raising, rent collection, etc. on the move, as well as being able to run off tenancy schedules and a range of other reports.
Having tested the package with a number of key clients, we are now beginning to roll this out across our current instructions.
This is seen as an important step in developing service delivery for both our existing and new clients and aligning ourselves to offer a best-in-class service as the region’s primary independent surveying firm.
