School Condition Allocation (SCA) Funding

School Condition Allocation (SCA) funding has now been released by the Department for Education with details available here.

Roger Hannah have been working with our Multi-Academy Trusts to advise on budgets for maintenance, repairs and replacements of the school’s building fabric by means of providing 10 year Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules (PPM). This allows our Trusts to budget accordingly over a 10-year period, based on our estimated SCA funding outputs in relation to the PPM’s.

Following release of the funding we are now working with our Multi-Academy Trusts to procure and deliver the required works, ranging from full mechanical and electrical system replacements to roofing repairs.
