The June Roger Hannah auction results have been released with more than £5m of property sold so far.

Highlights of the Commercial Auction included the sale of Hill Stores, a multi-tenanted a landmark grade II listed former Co-op building in Oldham which sold to an investor for £495,000.

On behalf of Council Clients, Ash Road Depot, Droylsden, sold for £360,000 to an owner occupier.

Stuart Cooper of Roger Hannah Auctions commented “We are delighted to have sold this amount of property from our June auction, it was particularly pleasing to sell a couple of properties, one which had failed to sell in another auction house in the last 3 months, the other sold for £2,000 more than it was bought for at another north west auction house recently. This shows that no-one tries harder than us to achieve the best price for your property at auction.”
