Roger Hannah acting for R H Claydon Limited agrees £1.5m deal at Epsom Avenue.

Acting for retained clients R H Claydon Limited, Roger Hannah & Co have identified and negotiated the acquisition of a warehouse premises at Epsom Avenue, Handforth. The warehouse premises of 35,744 sq ft have been acquired at a purchase price of £1,440,000.

R H Claydon Limited are one of the premier tyre distributors in the UK specialising in tyres for agricultural and construction use. The Suffolk based company previously had a warehouse premises in Heaton Moor Stockport, prior to the redevelopment of their land for residential development. Roger Hannah & Co represented their interests both in the sale of their Heaton Moor land for residential redevelopment and the acquisition of the Epsom Avenue warehouse.
