Roger Hannah acquires Strategic Property Management

Roger Hannah is delighted to announce the acquisition of Strategic Property Management

Roger Hannah, the North West’s leading independent multidisciplinary property consultancy, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Strategic Property Management, a highly regarded commercial property management business with a strong reputation across the North West.

The acquisition represents a significant enhancement to Roger Hannah’s property management division, increasing both capacity and expertise, while ensuring continuity of service for Strategic Property Management’s established client base.

As part of the transaction, Phil Spark, co-owner of Strategic Property Management, together with all existing staff members, will transfer to Roger Hannah. This integration will provide a seamless transition and ensure that the high standards of service delivery to clients and occupiers remain uninterrupted.

In addition, Darryl Lee, co-owner of Strategic Property Management, will re-join Roger Hannah as a consultant, marking a notable milestone almost 40 years to the day since he started his professional career at Roger Hannah. Simon Cook, Managing Director of Roger Hannah, commented:
