Rental Growth Is Back

Leading North West property consultancy, Roger Hannah & Co, has produced research on the level of rental growth being experienced for their management portfolio.

In Quarter 2 of 2015, the level of rental growth from completed lease renewals and rent reviews hit an impressive 13.55%.

Commenting on the growth figures, Mark Keirl, Director of Roger Hannah & Co said that ‘the rental growth must be viewed in the context of flat or negative rental growth over the past few years. The figures do however; provide evidence of strong rental growth being experienced across the North West property market and at a rate above the forecasted level of growth.
