Rainford Industrial Estate, St Helens Planning Permission application

Roger Hannah & Company Limited were appointed on behalf of the owners of Rainford Industrial Estate to obtain planning consent for a new build self-contained industrial unit on part of the existing site.

The role involved:-

• Preparation of feasibility study and initial outline design.
• Pre-planning consultation with the Local Authority.
• Preparation and submission of planning application including preparation of supporting documentation, including drawings, and design and access statement.
