Our Investment Department Grows Rapidly

The start of the 2016/17 year has shown a rapid increase in investment activity at Roger Hannah & Co.

Following a restructure in the previous year, which saw the Department being led by Stuart Cooper & Simon Cook, the Department is now advising clients on over £25m of investment property. In the first 3 months of the 2016-17 year, over £4m of property investment sales have been agreed.

Stuart Cooper commented “Since the re-structure and our new focus on the investment department, the growth has been dramatic and even though there are some concerns re the European vote, interest remain high. We have advised clients nationwide including successfully marketing and selling property investments in Cambridge and Oxford. We continue to look to develop the investment department and see this as a key objective moving forward that will hopefully feed into other departments including our substantial property management department.”
