Roger Hannah & Company Limited were appointed by the owners of Hempshaw Industrial Estate to  general repairs and refurbishment works at the property.

The role involved:-

• Preparation of a schedule of works for repairs to the external fabric of the building and the communal areas.
• Preparation of tender documentation.
• Contractor selection.
• CDM Co-orindator.
• Contract Administration.
• Monitoring of the works.

Units now 90% let.
