“After talking to UK Hearing Care, it was clear that they wanted to focus on their core business, which is providing a complete service in solving hearing difficulties. In our appointment as Facilities Manager, we will take care of the operational property needs, meaning that their employees can focus on providing their customers with a first class experience and we are delighted to be able to assist them in doing so.”
Mark Harwood, Group Managing Director at UKHC, commented:
“We are all extremely excited to be joining Birchwood Park. It has a real campus feel that sparks a sense of community the moment you walk onto the park. We considered a few options when deciding on the move, but other locations just couldn’t compete with the combination of fantastic onsite amenities with the existing hub of innovative businesses here. The flexibility of the space at 103 Dalton Avenue has allowed us to establish our very first Centre of Excellence. With this space we hope to drive clinical standards and training to new and exceptional levels. As the population ages and the hearing aid retailer market accelerates accordingly, it is important that we have the training and world-class facilities at hand to be a real leader in modern, wearable hearing technology.”
