Further to a previous role acting as Employers Agent and Client Advisor in the re-development of a an existing head office and warehouse facility, Roger Hannah and Co were re-appointed to oversee the construction of a warehouse extension with new loading facilities and additional ancillary office accommodation.

Roger Hannah & Co appointed on behalf of the Client to:

• Agree and finalise the relevant contract documents and documentation, prior to the works commencing on site.
• Administer and oversee the contract through to completion of the works.
• Assess and provide monthly valuations for the works undertaken and through to completion.
• To provide advice under CDM 2015 as the Client Advisor Role.
